Cathy made our Alaska dreams come true!  She took care of everything in the easiest yet most fulfilling way. 


My son and I got to experience the majestic beauty of Alaska’s pristine nature while exploring trails, eating wild blueberries on a mountain, seeing orcas on a cruise, and witnessing the breathtaking beauty of glaciers in the fjords. 


The abundance ceremony we did together shifted my perception of money and receiving. And it made a huge difference in my life.

    My Joy

    I am a life coach, entrepreneur, artist, and lover of all things Alaska.   


    I have lived in Alaska with my husband and family for over 25 years. I love everything including the bears, wolves, snow, cold, and even the dark!!!  


    I LOVE dark winter nights, seeing the baby moose born in the spring, the mountains as the fireweed turns pink in the summer, and how the tundra turns red in the fall.    


    I love showing others how to heal the body, soul, and mind naturally. Over the last 5 years, I have helped my clients explore what they are truly capable of beyond the blocks that have kept them trapped in the past. 


    As a result, I created the Perceptions Method which is a powerful emotional and mental healing tool. It creates magic for myself and my clients.  


    why small group retreats

    I combine two things I love for a magical adventure for you!  Nature and Transformation.   


    A small group of only 3 women allows me to custom-tailor the experiences and give you the personal attention you deserve. We, as women, are so busy doing for others, that this time is for you. To connect with your true self, your gifts, and see the possibilities for your future.
